Why an independent audit firm needed to exist


Every dealer principal in the country has some version of the same three problems:

  1. Reports they can't verify. The vendor sends a dashboard, the dashboard says everything is working, and there's no way to check the dashboard against reality without doing the vendor's job for them.
  2. No time to be the watchdog. Even great marketing directors are already running strategy, vendor management, OEM compliance, and creative direction. Auditing the vendors is one job too many.
  3. "Audits" that are actually sales pitches. The agency offering to audit the current agency wants the business. The web vendor offering to review the SEO wants to build a new site. Nobody offering an opinion is actually independent.

Every claim in every report is sourced and timestamped. Not "your site is slow" — "your VDP scored 38 on mobile LCP on May 14, here's the screenshot, here's the file causing it."
