365Proof is built to be as light-touch as possible on your team. Most dealers are fully onboarded in under two weeks. After that, the work happens in the background and a clean report lands in your inbox on the 5th of every month — followed by a short call to walk through it.
We catalog your vendor stack and pull a complete picture of where you stand today. By day 14 you have a baseline report — your "day zero" — that becomes the reference point for everything measured going forward.
Your team's total time investment in onboarding is usually under 3 hours, split across a kickoff call, an access-granting session, and a baseline review.
Once the baseline is locked, the monitoring loop runs in the background. You won't hear from us in between reports unless something is on fire — and if it is, you'll get a same-day alert by email.
This is the part that's supposed to be invisible. Most months you just get a clean report on the 5th and your day goes on.
A clean PDF in your inbox by 9 AM on the 5th of every month, followed by a short review call with you (and anyone you want in the room) to walk through findings and decide what to do next.
The report is designed to be readable in 10 minutes by a dealer principal who has 14 other things to do that morning. The call exists so the conversation about what to do about it isn't a separate week of email back-and-forth.
15–30 minutes (varies by plan). Optional escalation: bringing 365Proof into your next vendor business review with the scorecard in hand.
No. We don't build websites, run ads, or manage campaigns. We audit the people who do. If we did the work too, we'd have a conflict of interest — and we'd be just another agency telling you the last agency was bad.
No. The audit works the same way for a single store, a 3-rooftop group, or a 25-rooftop auto group. Inspector at $269/mo is a clean entry point at any size. Dealer groups typically start at Auditor or Sentinel because the visibility into multiple stores is the value. Multi-rooftop pricing is per-store with a 10% discount kicking in at 3 stores.
That's your call. Some dealers tell their vendors upfront — and the vendors are happy about it because they know they're doing good work. Some dealers keep it quiet for the first 90 days to get a clean baseline. Either approach works.
The Inspector plan requires one thing only: read-only Viewer access to your Google Analytics 4 property. Five minutes in your GA4 admin panel. Everything else for Inspector — website crawl, schema audit, AI visibility, inventory tracking, vendor identification — we figure out from public sources. No CMS access, no Google Search Console, no vendor contacts required.
Higher tiers expand the ask as scope expands. Auditor adds read-only access to Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, your call tracking platform, and a monthly CRM lead-source export. Sentinel adds your OEM Tier 3 guideline documents and read access to your active lead-provider portals. We never need write access to anything, at any tier.
That's a finding. We document the refusal and put it in your report. In our experience, a vendor who won't grant read-only audit access is telling you something important.
No. Those platforms don't all support clean third-party read access, so for those we use monthly export files instead. We give you the export template and your team or vendor pulls it monthly. Takes about 5 minutes.
Yes, any time. Most dealers start on Inspector and move up to Auditor or Sentinel after a few months once they see what we're finding. There's no penalty and no contract — change plans on any month's renewal.
Three monthly tiers starting at $269. No setup fees, no contracts. We can also walk through onboarding for your specific store and pull a few live findings from your current site as a preview.
